Frequently Asked Questions

A complete and comprehensive detail of NAVAH's terms, conditions and association guidelines can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.

If I am a FastTrack Standard VA (or FastTrack Pro), can I upgrade to the next level?

Absolutely!  NAVAH is a barrier-free association.  We encourage our Virtual Assistants to accelerate to the next level.

I am a FastTrack Pro VA and I'm ready to accelerate to the FastTrack Premier step.  Will I be required to re-test on industry ethics and all five of the Certified VA Specialist topics?

No.  That would be counter-intuitive to the nature of the FastTrack series.  Our FastTrack programs are self-paced, so if you feel you're ready to accelerate to the FastTrack Premier step, you will receive our full support through all of the Premier worksheets, forms and tutorials, but you will only be required to sit for the single aggregate exam for your chosen specialty.

Can the Ethics Verified Seal be revoked?

Yes.  A substantiated violation of the Code of Ethics will result in the revocation of a recipient's Ethics Verified status and the right to display the seal.

How do I know that a Virtual Assistant is Ethics Verified?

Authorization to use the Ethics Verified Seal is only granted to Virtual Assistants who have passed the Ethics Verification Exam.  Each valid seal comes with a unique ID number and includes a link to the Members and Associates Directory.
